It’s already the second month of the year and it’s time for my February bullet journal set up. This month’s bullet journal theme is a mixture of hearts, line doodles, and pastel colours. I didn’t want to go too overboard with the theme this month so I stuck to quite minimal spreads with small details. And of course, I used some washi tape throughout the spreads!
February Bullet Journal Supplies
Below are some of the supplies I used to create my spreads. I used my trusty scribble and dot A5 journal which I got for Christmas. I also had the new addition of my notebook therapy stamps this month and I absolutely love them. You can get 10% notebook therapy if you use the code PLANNINGWITHEM10 at the checkout! February Bullet Journal Cover Page
My February cover page was inspired by one I saw on Pinterest a while back. I like the simplicity of the design and its hint at valentines day but its not too in your face. On the opposite side, I wrote a quote that stood out to me in a book I read recently.
I used my new notebook therapy stamps to add the stars and moons around the quote and then added some washi tape for some colour.
I decided to not do a monthly calendar for February as everyday is literally the same so I didn’t see the point honestly. And I didn’t use my January one at all.
February Bullet Journal Trackers
My February trackers are basically the same as my usually trackers. I did the classic squared boxes to track my habits and the graphs for my mood tracker and health tracker.
I really enjoyed using my health tracker in January as I could see a pattern between my health and mood. I used my new stamps for the flowers around the titles and coloured them in with my pastel tombow markers.

February Bullet Journal Sleep Tracker
For my February sleep tracker I made my usual graph but added the ‘score’ to the top of it. This is because I have a fit bit and it gives me a score every morning for my sleep. I wanted to track my sleep score against the hours I sleep to see what my optimal time is.
I’ve been sleeping really badly recently so I’m determined to sort my sleep out in February!
Bullet Journal Health Tracker
The final pages in my February bullet journal setup are a weight tracker and measurements tracker.
I was hesitant to share these pages as I am a huge advocate for loving yourself at any weight and not putting pressure on weight loss but I know in myself that I am not making the healthiest choices at the moment so these will help motivate me to do that.
That wraps up my February bullet journal set up, I hope you enjoyed peeking into my journal for this month!
